Oconee Home Inspection

We inspect your whole house from the roof to the crawl space, including: structure, plumbing, electrical, appliances and more! You receive a complete written inspection with photographs. The home inspector is available for questions after the inspection.

Qualifications:

- I have been inspecting homes in the Middle Georgia area for about 18 years.
- I completed home inspectors school in Atlanta at The Georgia Institute of Real Estate Inspectors.
- I have completed Code Certification in Plumbing, Heating, & Air and Electrical.
- I am the only inspector in the Milledgeville area that is HQS certified by HUD.
- - I am available on weekends.
- I can transmit my reports by email.
- I recently constructed by own house, doing a considerable amount of research which has helped me in my   inspecting.
